Meet Kathleen
After twenty years leading in the corporate world, I thought I was stepping away to rest. Instead, God was preparing me to rise.
In that stillness, He began to reshape how I understood leadership—
showing me that it begins in surrender and flows from intimacy with Him.
What I experienced there is what I now create for other women.
Rooted Leadership was born as a sacred space for women who are weary from striving and ready to lead differently—with God, not apart from Him.

Along the way, you'll be invited to slow down, listen more deeply, and re-anchor your leadership in who God says you are—not in what the world asks you to produce.
